Breevast’s investment branch seeks to expand and further improve the quality of its investment portfolio. In recent years, this objective has resulted in a large number of takeovers and acquisitions of individual properties as well as portfolios, either with or without partners, in both the Dutch and the international real estate market. Breevast can now call itself the second largest office investor in the Netherlands.

Breevast maintains a revolving portfolio of real estate to stimulate the company’s dynamics and improve returns.
