Mr. Vermeij has been with Breevast B.V. since October 1, 2005

Supervisory Board

W. Brounts (1936)

Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 1999, re-elected in 2003. Mr. Brounts was Director for General Risk Management for ABN Amro Bank N.V. until 1998.

R.W. Blickman (1954)

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2006. Mr. Blickman is President and CEO of BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (BESI) and Managing Director of Fico B.V. Mr. Blickman previously held various positions with ASM Europe B.V.

S.R. Schuit (1942)

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2006. Mr. Schuit is associated with Allen & Overy, where he was a partner until 2005. Mr. Schuit is an Endowed Professor of International Business Law at Utrecht University and a Professor of Corporate Governance at Nyenrode Business University, as well as holding board positions at various companies.

D.C. Doijer (1949)

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2007. Mr. Doijer is a former member of the Supervisory Board of SHV Holdings N.V. He previously held various management positions in the Netherlands and South America. Mr. Doijer holds various other board positions.

P.A. Verburgt (1935)

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2007. Mr. Verburgt holds a number of international board positions and is associated mainly with Banco Santander S.A. Until May 2007, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of SHV Holding N.V. He previously was Chief Executive of Bank of America, responsible for the operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
